Creating a Social Photo Mosaic App
In their second year as presenting sponsor for the Detroit Red Wings, Amway wanted to create a unique way to connect with and thank fans.
Amway, the 25th largest privately-held firm in America, worked with Hathway to develop a mosaic social application that enabled fans to collectively upload photos to Facebook, contributing to a Detroit Red Wings “fan mosaic.” The finished mosaic, complete with tens of thousands of Red Wings fan photos, was printed for display in the mezzanine of Joe Louis Arena.
