FreshStep is a premium brand reaching premium minded consumers through what they love most: their cats. Enhancing this mission, Hathway designed an interactive experience for users to engage with the brand through mobile, contribute to purposeful social campaigns, while also redeeming and tracking their very own PawPoints through an easy-to-use loyalty app.

Clorox was on a mission to reinvent the digital Fresh Step experience for cat lovers across the nation. Launching an entire new web experience as well as reintroducing their newly enhanced PawPoints loyalty program to their audience of dedicated customers.
By understanding Fresh Step’s most important customers the Hathway design team took a cat centric approach to the overarching design direction of the site. Bringing the brand to life through a playful and interactive web experience where cat’s guide you through the UI experience.
The end result was a lively entertaining site that engages users through multiple cat centric facets including PawPoints rewards, Cat Games, Cat Dance Film Festival, & product itself. The fully responsive site works phenomenally across multiple devices increasing usability for Fresh Step’s growing audience of mobile users while also enabling enhanced in-store engagement.
