Amy Anderson Joins Hathway+Bounteous As Vice President, Data Strategy

Hathway+Bounteous this quarter announced it is adding Amy Anderson as Vice President, Data Strategy, a new role for the digital growth partner. 

Anderson joins Hathway with extensive experience in the data and analytics space, previously holding a variety of senior positions at companies including AA Insights LLC., Merkle and SmartBase Solutions, as well as serving as Vice President, Analytics & Insights at Subway. While at these roles, she’s engaged in everything from solution design, analytics, consumer research, and data interpretation to drive business solutions. Anderson is also the co-author of A MaxDiff Bake-Off Study: Finding the Most Preferred Among Dozens of Products, a whitepaper honored at this year’s Discovery Summit Americas. 

Amy is passionate about furthering proactive, strategic thinking at Hathway and providing valuable insight in partnership with other disciplines to move the business forward. She wants to give every analyst that “voice”and “seat at the table” to let them know that they are truly contributing to a greater whole.

“They [data analysts] need to know that what they are bringing to the team is really important,” she explained. “It’s helping us measure the impact of what has been implemented and it’s developing those models to uncover the insights to understand where we should be going next. It’s not easy to figure that out by asking one off questions, there is a methodology to being capable to design processes and to answer those questions in an effective and complete way.”

Anderson joins Hathway during a growth period for the company, which was just acquired by Bounteous, the digital innovation partner of the world’s most ambitious brands. The partnership integrates Hathway’s restaurant and convenience store experience with brands including Wingstop, Dutch Bros. Coffee, Noodles & Co, Panda Express, Raising Canes, and Dash-In Food Stores, with Bounteous’ impressive client list, which includes Domino’s, Shake Shack, and Wawa.

The combination will provide additional capabilities, offerings, talent, and depth for both Bounteous and Hathway, and Anderson will help drive new data solutions for this robust roster of clients.
