Creative Director

San Luis Obispo, CA Dallas, TX Remote Full-Time Exempt

Hi, we’re Hathway!

Headquartered on California’s beautiful Central Coast in San Luis Obispo, with a fast-growing office in high-tech and bustling Dallas, our company is a unique blend of talent, clients, dreams and the aspiration to connect brands with people.

Job Overview

We’re looking for a design-minded, wave-breaking Creative Director to help bring the magic to our rock solid design team. Become part of an agency that values disruptive thinking, work-life harmony, and building unique customer experiences. We’re looking for a Creative Director to join our team to help build and strengthen the fabric of our creative team while working on clients like Wingstop, Panda Express, PepsiCo and More.

Reporting to the Group Creative Director in California, and working closely with cross-functional leaders across the company, you’ll build, lead and mentor a small but mighty team of creatives and digital storytellers to amplify our brand and our client’ story to the world. You’ll be in a position to take big brands, and refine the narrative and experience to tighten the bond between consumers and brands.

You will be driving all Creative efforts (copy, design, user experience and video) at the highest quality, while aligning creative execution with marketing strategies. Very simply, the CD is accountable for developing and executing strategic and tactical plans in collaboration with your GCD, account, strategy and engineering teams — from the conceptual phase through actual implementation.

Last but not least, we are looking for a CD to develop, mentor and inspire a team of highly motivated creatives, while fostering a fun, energetic and fulfilling work environment with a key focus on our core values: Collaboration, Fun, Imagination, Inclusivity, Excellence and Accountability.

  • Drive pixel-perfect execution to create a culture of excellence and commitment to quality
  • Ensure team members have clearly defined career paths

COLLABORATION:

  • A natural penchant for connecting with, and eliciting and harmonizing the best contributions from others:
