The Visual Designer at Hathway is the amplifier of the brand visions and helps drive the creative direction to define the tone and visual language of that brand or product. The visual designer explores how to make brands unique, experiences memorable and interactions intuitive. The visual designer will work with the AD/CD to craft individual brand experiences and development ready design systems. The Visual Designer will also work with Product and Development leads to align on requirements and set the course for the creative teams to create and build best in class web and mobile experiences. Come be a part of the creative team pushing the content and experiences for our brands like Wingstop, Panda Express, Burger King, Carl’s Jr. and more.
A day for the Visual Designer role could include taking a client’s marketing style guide and translating that visual information into a user interface and UI toolkit. You could be concepting CRM campaigns for user journeys and design a cohesive design language for those communications. Another day you might be creating hand-drawn illustrations for infographics for internal marketing work and/or client engagements. But at the end of each day, feeling accomplished and energized by having fun, being creative and continuing to push the limits along with your other teammates.
