Campaign Controller

Technology Enterprise & Integrations Remote Full-time

Job Overview

This person will be a key member of integrations technical team responsible for the orchestration between all teams for CRM projects and campaigns to include client, creative, copy, campaign execution, strategy, product and PM teams. You will be Responsible for monitoring these movements via tools and working with the PM to ensure all campaign level needs are being facilitated and met. 

Responsibilities

  • Daily management of projects and account handling
  • Reporting on project status, workloads and accounts
  • Providing timely communication between relevant departments including digital, accounts and creative
  • Managing daily schedules
  • Holding regular production meetings and status updates
  • Co-ordinating campaigns from initial stages through to delivery
  • Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables Ability to deliver on a campaign schedule within a set project schedule, track progress and provide status to stakeholders Proactively recommend improvements on campaign processes
  • Create and refine operation processes & alert PM and AD on any seen risks or needs
  • Assist with campaign calendar and work with strategist to secure timing of campaign launches 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Technology, Marketing, Math or related field or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of CRM a plus
  • Prior team leadership a plus
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage personal workload and multiple projects/clients
  • Strong ability to communicate verbally and written with internal and external clients maintaining strong relationships Ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities and strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work both in a team setting and independent environments
  • Adaptable and solution-focused
  • Willingness to be on call for any QA support outside of business hours
