Campaign Controller

Job Overview

The Campaign Controller will be a key member of the integrations technical team. This role is responsible for the orchestration between all teams for CRM projects and campaigns to include client, creative, copy, campaign execution, strategy, product and project management. The Campaign Controller will be responsible for monitoring activities while working with the project manager to ensure all campaign level needs are being facilitated and met. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and report on projects, accounts and schedules on a daily basis
  • Provide timely communication between relevant departments including digital, accounts and creative
  • Hold regular production meetings and status updates
  • Coordinate campaigns from initial stages through to delivery
  • Ensure the stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables
  • Deliver on a campaign schedule within a set project schedule, track progress and provide status to stakeholders
  • Proactively recommend improvements on campaign processes
  • Create and refine operation processes and alert Project Manager and Account Director on potential risks or needs
  • Assist with campaign calendar and work with strategist to secure timing of campaign launches 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, Marketing, Math or related field or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of CRM a plus
  • Prior team leadership preferred
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage personal workload and multiple projects/clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities; strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work both in a team setting and independent environments
  • Adaptable and solution-focused
  • Willingness to be on call for any quality assurance support outside of business hours
