The Product Management practice at Hathway develops digital experiences to help consumers of restaurants and convenience stores save time, save money, and engage more deeply with the brands they love. The Product Operations Manager supports our practice by helping manage the availability of our resources, coordinate knowledge sharing, helping produce best practices documentation, and other initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE

  • Coordinating with resource managers in planning resource and team member availability; validate and adjust weekly resourcing
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and IT functions to ensure smooth onboarding for team members
  • Coordinate and facilitate department activities including: attend staff meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Develop knowledge of the product management catalog and facilitate knowledge sharing across product managers
  • Assist the Senior Manager of Product Operations and R&D with tasks related to configuring JIRA, Confluence and other tools used by product managers

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in the Business or Communications field preferred
  • Minimum of three years of related experience in an agency environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to simultaneously support product-team goals and business objectives
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Familiarity with basic principles of product and project management 
  • Understands and adopts principles and practices of service delivery, recognizing the importance of diplomacy, problem-solving and client focus
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Passion for a collaborative work environment and comfortable with the culture of constant change in a fast-paced environment
