The Sr. Designer uses a high level of expertise to deliver stunning digital and UX/UI concepts to meet client briefs and expectations. Working with authority and professionalism, the Sr. Designer will delegate tasks and offer feedback to team members, ensuring the high quality of the digital design work and displaying the expertise that has gone into the project.  Come be a part of the creative team pushing the content and experiences for our brands like Wingstop, Panda Express, Burger King, Carls Jr and more!

  • Drive innovation and collaboration across disciplines while maintaining high standards for original concepts and detailed execution
  • Work closely with fellow Visual Designers, UX Designers and Front-End Engineers to ensure the solidity of design systems and deliver best-in-class visual designs
  • Help build and maintain visual identity systems — managing brand consistency across all touchpoints in the customer journey through the creation of design specs, standards, style guides, toolkits and processes
  • Work closely with members of the product management and marketing teams to align the product strategy with target audience needs, brand positioning and team resources
  • Participate in the brainstorming and creation of concepts for exceptional user experiences


  • BFA / BA in Art or Graphic Design or related field
  • 4+ years' experience in product and marketing design
  • Ability to take an interaction design concept and translate it into production-ready mockups, assets & icons for any platforms including desktop, web and mobile apps
  • Expert knowledge of Photoshop (or related applications) and thorough understanding of graphic design principles, including screen layout, color theory and typography as it applies to the final app and interactions
  • Solid intuition of best practices and tools used in user-centered interaction design
  • Mobile app and web experience (native apps, responsive web design, etc)
  • Past experience creating new products as well as improving existing products
  • Knowledge of UX best practices and ongoing industry trends
  • HTML/CSS/JS knowledge preferred,
