Hathway’s Growth Professional Services team is looking for a Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights - Business Intelligence (BI) to own measurement, reporting, and analysis design/production for one of our largest clients.  If you are obsessed with measurement protocols, data visualization, data mining, advanced analytics needed to uncover insights, working with world-famous clients, and geeking out in general, then we’d love to connect with you.


  • Compile key metrics and insights for monthly and quarterly client reviews (Quarterly Strategy Planning meetings)
  • Unite reporting and insights across CRM and Product disciplines for complete client reporting 
  • Implement a measurement framework to help teams understand product and marketing performance as well as KPIs relative to the metrics that are monitored
  • Establish discovery and insight cadence with design, product, and strategy teams for continued optimization
  • Educate the account and client teams on how to interpret data and identify true insights
  • Work directly with data executives at Hathway as well as key leaders for Tier 1 clients


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related field or equivalent education and experience 
  • 7+ years experience creating reports and dashboards for internal and external clients
  • 5+ years experience presenting to clients and/or internal senior leadership team members both remotely and in-person
  • High familiarity with relational database designs and independent code writing
  • Ability to derive and communicate actionable insights that will drive strategic decisions
  • Detail oriented and organized with a high respect for quality control
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and cross-functional/cultural environment
  • Understanding of configuration for custom metrics and dimensions, custom variables, advanced e-commerce
  • Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, Looker or other visualization softwareFoundational knowledge of SQL (Postgres/MySQL/Oracle/Server) and database architecture
  • Working knowledge of CDPs or tech stacks (like SFMC) a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM and Loyalty Partner platforms preferred
