Job Overview

Hathway is seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our people and culture team. This role will primarily support the technology organization, including web engineering, mobile engineering, and DevOps engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the entire full-cycle recruitment process while providing best in class experience for the business partners throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners in the development of recruitment strategies; set expectations for the hiring process and follow through on organizational commitments
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging multiple sourcing channels to identify, attract and engage top talent
  • Conduct external benchmarking to understand the competitive recruiting landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders
  • Function as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing guidance throughout the hiring process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities
  • Establish external relationships with technical/diversity/professional associations, to help shape sourcing strategy and develop future talent pipelines
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, career website and other job posting sites as needed
  • Utilize knowledge of current legislation and employment practices to ensure compliance with EEO, ADA and employment law throughout the employment process
  • Educate and train team members on interviewing best practices
  • Participate in special projects that may include employer branding, diversity, equity & inclusion, onboarding, etc.
  • Identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improved efficiency or quality in talent acquisition practices and processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years full-cycle recruitment experience; technical recruiting background highly desired
  • Knowledge of employment laws and related legislation
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and drive for results; excellent follow up and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and is consistently solution-oriented in order to meet the goals and objectives  
  • Proven ability to create and sustain key relationships
  • Demonstrated success building credibility through demonstrated expertise to gain support, influence behavior and drive outcomes
  • Professional presence, strong interpersonal skills, proven analytical ability with polished written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong initiative and sense of urgency, as well as proven experience working in a fast-paced dynamic hi-tech environment
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and knowledge of job board posting and social media sites required
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
