Hathway is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our people and culture team. This role will primarily support the customer experience, client services, and project management teams with opportunities to expand recruiting for other areas of the organization.


  • Drive and manage the entire full-cycle recruitment process while providing best in class experience for the business partners throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners in the development of recruitment strategies; set expectations for the hiring process and follow through on organizational commitments
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging multiple sourcing channels to identify, attract and engage top talent
  • Conduct external benchmarking to understand the competitive recruiting landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders
  • Function as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing guidance throughout the hiring process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities
  • Establish external relationships with technical/diversity/professional associations, to help shape sourcing strategy and develop future talent pipelines
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, career website and other job posting sites as needed
  • Utilize knowledge of current legislation and employment practices to ensure compliance with EEO, ADA and employment law throughout the employment process
  • Educate and train team members on interviewing best practices
  • Participate in special projects that may include employer branding, diversity, equity & inclusion, onboarding, etc.
  • Identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improved efficiency or quality in talent acquisition practices and processes
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting marketing and/or creative talent desired
  • Knowledge of employment laws and related legislation
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and drive for results; excellent follow up and time-management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment a plus
  • Ability to work independently and consistently solution-oriented
  • Ability to create and sustain key relationships
  • Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills with polished written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and knowledge of job board posting and social media sites
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
